A big thanks to our journalist and industry friends who attended on a frigid NYC evening to meet Enore Ceola, CEO of Freixenet Mionetto USA, and his team. Enore arrived in the U.S. from Italy more than two decades ago with a mission of introducing the Prosecco category to Americans.
The company’s latest innovation, Mionetto Aperitivo Alcohol Free, is made using an authentic Italian recipe. When mixed with Mionetto Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Wine, it enables everyone to enjoy the lightest Spritz moment.
At our launch event at Rosevale Cocktail Room, leading mixologists stirred up their original creations with Mionetto Aperitivo Alcohol Free and other Mionetto expressions. They included Pamela Wiznitzer, Francesco Lafranconi, Alec Kass, Jaime Rios and Hilary Sheinbaum.
