Caroline is a Southern-born freelance writer and editor living in New York City. With 15 years of journalism experience, Caroline writes about restaurants, Southern culture, cocktails and food history for the New York Times, Robb Report, BBC, The Washington Post, Food & Wine, Garden & Gun and The Bitter Southerner.
A two-time James Beard Award nominee, Caroline is a former editor at Plate and StarChefs and is currently researching a book about iguanas.
