⁣Most recently, Garrett was a Staff Reporter at the Los Angeles Times and was the Food Editor of LA Weekly and Los Angeles magazine. ⁣

⁣Garrett is also the author of three critically acclaimed cookbooks, including the New York Times-bestselling “Pepper Thai Cookbook” with Pepper Teigen (mother of Chrissy) and “Cook Real Hawai’i” with Top Chef fan-favorite Sheldon Simeon.⁣
